Training & Clinics (In-Person + Online)
I offer hands-on stockdog clinics and ongoing training programs designed to build dogs that work—not just perform. At Arcadia Ranch and through StockDogTrainer.com, I work with handlers and dogs in real-world conditions.
Focus Areas:
- Starting Young Dogs: Building the right foundation through instinct fulfillment.
- Problem Solving: Fixing behavioral issues and confusion without killing natural ability.
- Handler Education: Learning to read stock and apply pressure correctly.
- Pressure Management: Developing confident dogs that think instead of react.
Ways to Train:
✔ Monthly Clinic-Style Camps: Hosted at my ranch in Texas.
✔ Travel Clinics: Weekend clinics hosted at your location.
✔ Online Coaching: Direct problem-solving for real-world issues
Consulting (Programs, Strategy & Leadership)
Most people don’t need more information—they need clarity and better decisions. I help dog trainers, stockdog programs, and ranch-based businesses identify what’s broken and build a repeatable system to fix it.
Where I Help Most:
- Program & Offer Design: Structuring your training levels and aligning results with pricing.
- Dog Training Systems: Creating consistency so dogs (and clients) stop stalling out.
- Business Operations: Identifying revenue leaks and transitioning from “doing everything” to leading.
- Leadership: Making faster, better decisions under pressure to eliminate confusion.
Why This Works:
I don’t separate dog training from business. Having built a working dog operation and co-owned businesses in healthcare consulting, mobile grooming, and real estate, I see problems quickly and fix them without overcomplicating things.
